Do I need to ship my stand from India?
Not necessarily. In many cases, we source materials and produce the stand locally in the destination country — which is often more cost-effective and avoids customs complications. We advise on the best approach for each project.
How far in advance should I start planning?
For international exhibitions, we recommend starting the design process at least 10–12 weeks before the show. Venue permits and organiser approvals can take time, and production timelines vary by country.
Can you handle the venue permits and organiser forms?
Yes. We manage all contractor accreditation, risk assessments, method statements, and organiser form submissions on your behalf. This is one of the most time-consuming parts of exhibiting abroad — and we take it off your plate.
What if I need changes after the design is approved?
We build revision rounds into our process. Minor changes are handled quickly; significant structural changes may affect timeline and cost, which we communicate transparently before proceeding.
